Chapped or cracked toe webbing?

One of my Banty hens looked today like her toe webbing might be cracked or chapped? I saw some red there and wasn’t sure how to best treat it. It has been around 30 degrees here at night and going up to 45/50 in the day (I’m in NE OK). I figured cleaning and maybe neosporin, but is there anything else I should do? I’m a new chicken mama and want to make sure I do the best thing for her.
These are the best photos I could get on my own.

Looks like dry skin, I would recheck between the toes, I think I see a bit of blood. Could be a minor injury or she got pecked on the foot.

I would apply some Vaseline to the legs to help with dryness.
Ok cool, I was wondering if a couple had dryness, I’m wondering if it could be the wind. They have lots of water. I did make a windbreak for their run today also.
Okay I’ll try the Vaseline, thank you!

Could be exposure to wind. Dry bedding, cold weather, etc. Their skin can get chapped and dry like anything else.
I've found that plain 'ol Vaseline works fine. I pick up a tub at the Dollar Tree for $1 and it's a dedicated tub just for chickens:)

Ooohhhh ok that makes sense, we’ve had high 50s at night into 70s ans then all of a sudden we got a cold front and the temps dropped. Well Vaseline it is then! Thank you for your help!
