When can you tell roosters from pullets? When is the differences the most obvious and they look like stereotypical males?
 
It depends on the breed. Some you can tell the sex when they hatch, some it takes nearly 5 months before its easy to determine the sexes. But an "obvious" age to determine sex is probably around 6 months for the vast majority of breeds.
