Charcoal in Europe

charcoal?
Charcoal is a mutation that is the blackest bird to be produced yet. The black on them is like looking at a charcoal briquet when the sun sparkles off of it. It is actually quite beautiful but at a cost. The cocks tend to go blind at three to four years of age and lead to an early death. The hens do not lay although they have all the organs to produce eggs. And the only way to make more is to use IB hens split to Charcoal. I could not morally justify perpetuating them and quit breeding Charcoal.
