    These are my three exhibition RIR girls, named April, May and June. They were born in May, so they7 are about 7 months old and one just laid her first egg two days ago! They will be shown in January for the first time! Now I will just need to get me a rooster LOL [​IMG]

    Wow, they're beautiful! Lucky you. I've only had hatchery RIR's, and they were pretty, but nothing like that. I love them!

    Beautiful! Now that's the kind of RIR's I'm looking for so Yup you need a rooster! Good luck at the show!

    They are from a show strain. Very good color and type that may also account for the slow starting to lay 7 months.
