Ok, not sure if this was the right catagory to put this in.... One of my hens Cochin bantam) has been laying tiny eggs. as in one inch eggs....and when you crack them open, they are only a yolk inside. So, today, I found this egg....looks like a peanut. It is one and a half inches long. Has anyone seen an egg like this before? All the hens in that group get fresh greens, egg layer with a little gamebird crumble and sometimes hardboiled eggs or other "scraps". I have not cracked this egg open yet.
