    This is good...
    1lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    3/4 cup mayo
1 med. onion, chopped very fine or I use a grater.
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1 cup strawberry preserves

Combine all ingredients, except preserves and mix well.
Put into a mold. ( I use a plastic container that jello comes in at the grocery store that has a hole in the middle). I also put plastic wrap in the mold before the cheese, for easy removal.
    chill in refrigerator.
    Fill center with preserves
    serve with crackers.
The cheese and the strawberry is really good together.

Make sure the onion is chopped real fine. I use the grater instead of chopping. [IMG]
