Chest puffed out

went I went to go check on the girls one of my isa Browns was sitting on a stump I didn’t think anything of it but when I came out about a hour later to give them lettuce she was still there with her eyes closed and her chest was puffed out I threw them lettuce and she stayed there usually she goes crazy but she didn’t I’m really worried can someone give me advice

Did you try to give her the lettuce by hand? Is she thin? Do you know what her poop looks like(watery, diarrhea, odd color, etc)?
Is she breathing okay? All information helps, even the little stuff
