My flock of 11 week old chicks has been introduced to my 4 adult hens for about 3 weeks now. Today I went out to the run to find my favorite chick running for her life and honking. Her back end is all ripped up with two deep holes in it. I washed it and pored peroxide on it, then put wound cream on it. She's sleeping in my room tonight. Is there anything else I should do?

Not much else you can do beside add antibiotics to her water to head off any infection and just keep her environment as stress free as possible. I had my buff orpington get attacked by my EE and she had a hole through the skin and into the muscle tissue of her back. I just added some antibiotics to the water and did the cream on her back and it healed pretty quickly. Separate the bully from the flock for a few days once you are ready to reintroduce her to knock the bully down of few pegs.
