Chick born with something sticking out of navel??

I have a quail chick who hatched with a tiny bit of what looks like intestine sticking out of its belly. It does not appear to be yolk sac. I tried to push it back in but the belly seems to have closed around the top so it won't go back in.

The chick seems otherwise healthy and active but the lump of flesh is still there after a couple of hours. I have left it alone in the incubator to isolate it.

Is there anything I can do and what are the chick's chances of survival?

Perhaps it’s a hernia? But I have no clue...and, If it is one of those, with puppies, they just need stitches to pop things back in.. Perhaps you could do one stitch?? BUT, clearly chicks are TOTALLY different and I’ve never seen anything like that. I’m just trying to give you encouragement. Good luck

It would be best to leave it alone and let dry up and shrivel, then it'll drop off on its own.
