Chick cannot walk and has swollen feet

Please help!! I have a Southern Rambler chick almost a week old that couldn’t walk when we got her. We made her some shoes with bandaid’s and put a rubber band between her feet, it was on for a day and she was walking fine so we took it off, I woke up today and her fingers are swollen!! I don’t know what to do please help?!?!

Oh my goodness, poor baby! I've only ever heard of feet swelling with adult chickens that have gout. I've never seen this in a chick before. Could there be a string or anything caught around her leg that is effecting circulation?
