Chick died during peep

What could have gone wrong. Have another with yoke on it's back should I be concerned. This is my second time hatching and was successful during first time and now I have one dead . Have five more with no signs. Blue eggs hard to see in when candling. Only day 20. First one hatched day 19 and one today. How long should I let others go after 21 days? Help

Sorry but not all hatches go well. There could be a whole list of reasons why the chick died during pipping. Could your temp have been a little high during incubation that could have caused an early hatch but that said 21 is only a guide nothing set in stone when it comes to incubation. I leave mine till day 25 just incase of late hatchers then I do candle and tap to see of I can see movement or hear anything.
