Chick died from impacted crop, HELP!!!

[Le Doux Farm]

I have 25 cicks now after one died from impacted crop, my suspicion was that the chick ate too big of a piece of grass and died, as her crop was swollen with lots of undigested food.

Should i worry about the others after i removed all the grass from the bhick brooder?
