I hatched 3 last week from my brisnea incubator out of 12 eggs. The reason only 3 hatched (i assume) is because I forgot to put any water in the unit. 1 of the three died after a couple days, he was sickly and had 1 eye scabbed over. The other 2 were fine untill a couple days ago. One has 1 eye pussed up and the other has issues with both eyes. They have dark rings around the infected eyes and the are directly around the eyes are infected and puss is present.
I put the in a different brooder, thoroughly cleaned their water tray, gave them fresh food. I also also put visine and dabbed on some neosporin on their eyes. I have read other posts about eye infections where terramycin was recommended and plan to get some in the morning.
    Questions:
1 Could the lack of humidity in the incubator be cause of this somehow?

2 The terramycin at my local walgreens is in pill form.... can I break the pills open and use it? If I do use these should I put it in their water, food or apply it to their eyes?
