CHICK EYE PROBLEMS

Please help! My week old silkie chick has something wrong with its eye!? At first I thought he got something in it so I tried to see and couldnt find anything. Now his eye won't stop watering, and he seems to keep scratching at it with his leg. His whole side of his face is wet. And it's my first time with silkies I have four chicks so anyone with advice will help!!

You can put neosporin on the chicks eye and if some gets in the eye - it's OK and is actually beneficial.
