Chick falling over

Day old chick from a broody hen had a long hatch and falling over to his left and stays like that or goes on his back. found him an hour ago and giving him electrolytes and trying to keep up right in a bowl. Hard boiling an egg yoke now.
Hope we are doing the right thing. He is exhausted, but also peeps up after a good rest.
Any advice or know what this is?

Maybe he hurt his leg somehow. I had that happen once to a chick and she acted similar to this.

Do you have Nutridrench? I would put a drop directly into the beak.
Is the vent blocked?
