Chick has problem with eyes.

Hi I have a 5 week old barnevelder chick that has a problem with its eyes first it was one eye and after a while the two have swollen. one eye looks ok when its open just seems to have swollen the other has started to look glazed. I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem maybe and if they could help. Also when the eyes are open it seems to be able to see ok and the other chicks I hatched at the same time seem ok I thank you for any help.
