Hi! I just had my 2nd batch of chicks start to pip yesterday and this morning. Temps and Humidity have been strict. Everyone's fine except this chick looks a little... off? There seems to be a bit of a crack. Is there anything I can do for it?

Yikes. It can open its beak to chirp and acts fine, but it's a little alarming. Im mostly concerned if it would be more humane to cull the poor thing.
No need
Beaks can heal
My duck once fractured her beak pretty bad, bleeding stopped pretty fast and it was healed within a week.
You just need to keep the drinking water as clean as possible.

Is there any other concern? Or just the crack?

Just the crack as far as I can tell. I can update when I get a better look at it after taking it out of the incubator. It's still a little damp
