Chick hatched with yolk sac/intestines/white mass hanging out

I had a chick hatch this morning with stuff hanging out of it belly button. Any suggestions what it might be? Is there anything I can do?

It's hard to see from the picture but what is the white part on the end is it soft or hard? If it is soft it could just be left over membrane from the sack absorbtion. But as far at the other part. I have had chicks sacks get stuck in the incubator grid floor, stepped on by another chic, or stuck to the shell and pull the insides put a little. Chances of it surviving depends on how bad it is and if you are able to make sure it is separated to have the space to not get trampled for one and to make sure the other chicks don't peck at it pulling it out more.
