That's what I thought for the first, any idea on the second? I got nothing. Her coloring is such a dark auburn, maybe speckled Sussex, but she doesn't look like our other we got from them.

Hoover's hatchery. Their rare breed selection. But even going through them and their chicks identifier I couldn't determine what that darker one could be. I definitely prefer Meyer hatchery's selection and website!

Probably one of the designer "egger" types then.

The first appears to be a Partridge Rock and second an Egger. Update after they feather out to be sure!
