Chick injured leg

I have 5 week old chicks they are still in the brooder with shavings at the bottom. One of my chicks though got hurt today.
She is eating and drinking, however she has definitely injured her leg.
She is able to stand but when she puts weight on injured leg falls over.
At 5 weeks can they get splayed leg?
What is my best course of action?
Could it be different than splayed leg if so is there a good treatment plan?

Here are two pics
1. Is hard to see from the angle but she was standing and her leg couldn’t hold weight and fell
2. Is how she’s been laying
3. We tried to make her a splayed leg thing with what we had amd this is how she has been since (about 25 min)
(if this is wrong please tell me these are our first chicks)

Hi, how is your chicken? did you find out what happened? one of my chicken has the same thing and her foot looks the same as yours in the picture. I hope your chicken is ok now.
