Chick injury

One of my 3 week old chicks got out of the brooder somehow. We brood in the coop so when she got out she was with the big hens. Once I noticed she was out I saw that she had an injury in her neck. I've cleaned it with warm water and put some neosporin on it. Is there anything else I need to do? I ordered some vetericyn and will apply that once I get it. Shes acting ok. Chirping, eating, drinking.

She's seems to be doing well. The injury already looks to be scabbing over
