Chick isnt doing well

I have a silkie chick about 1 - 1 1/2 weeks old, that has pasty butt, I am cleaning it and it has been fine. Today when I checked it it was laying down with its head face down in the bedding. It will not hold its head up and tried eating but didn't succeed and it won't drink. If I hold its head up right it walks around but as soon as I let go it lays down and puts its head back down. Help please, I do t know what to do or what it could be.
