Chick late to feather?

One of my EE chicks has almost no feathers at 3 weeks, 2days. The others are fairly well feathered out. She seems healthy, just a bit smaller than the others and is quite active. I don't see sores on her, and I've never noticed anyone picking on her. Should I be concerned?

Are you sure she's a she? Roo's feather out later than pullets.

No, I'm not positive but I also have an EE who's supposed to be a roo and he has many more feathers than "she."

In my limited experience, cockerels feather in slower.

Wow it's nostrils look huge. The feathers that are there look really wide.
