Chick leg injury

My chicks are 5 weeks old they are in a brooder with pine shavings. Today one of them we think maybe one may have been trampled or fell somehow injuring her leg.
She is eating and drinking, and will stand up, when she stands though and puts weight on leg she falls over.
Can she have straddle leg at this age?
I don’t think it is broken, are there any tips tricks or ideas of what else it could be?
What is the best way to help straddle leg?

I think you're going to have to have a little more information. Usually when they have splay leg both legs will go out to the sides, not just one. Why do you think the leg is not broken?

I’m really not sure if it is or not she was able to stand but can’t put weight on it and falls over so maybe it is broken.

How can we tell if it is broken?

Unless you have some experience with that kind of thing it would probably be very difficult for you to tell. You may have to seek a more experienced chicken keeper, or a veterinarian to evaluate your chick. Hope it is not a fracture and that she does better!
