I had a chick hatch Sunday evening that had a leg we thought looked a little off. She just didnt seem to use it as well as the other one. Since she had only just hatched we gave her some time, thinking it was too earrly to tell what was up. The next morning her leg seemed to stick straight on to her side. I researched a little, did a bandaid splint to pull it back into place, and have been watching it closely since. This morning when I went to check on her again, I noticed that her leg not only doesnt seem to be getting any better, it actually seems to have gotten worse and now is turned. Here is the best picture I could get. Any thoughts on what, if anything, I can do for this chick?
