chick looks strange

OK my single little chick who hatched out yesterday evening still has not "fluffed" out. It looks similar to a baby bird you would find in a wild birds nest. Its got down feathers but they seem to still be slicked down to its body. Its completely dry and walking/stumbling around and cheeping loudly but its not fluffy like the others pictures posted. It looks to be a golden color but I can't be sure. I don't know if I should give the little thing a bath or just let it be. Its been right at 12 hours since it hatched completely out of its shell.

I occasionally get a bird that doesn't fluff out quite right. It usually has to do with problems during the hatch, but sometimes it seems completely random. It hasn't ever become a long-term problem for me though--they do eventually fluff out after all and, assuming there are no other problems, they grow up just fine.
