Is there a chart that gives a time period of maturity? I have 14 females and they all are suppose to mature at different ages, but what ages????

Yes, different breeds maturity ages. I have a wide variety of different breeds and I was just wanting to prepare for when they might lay.

The breeds who I have heard can take a long time to start laying (6++ months) are some Easter Eggers, Silkies, and I can't remember the others at the moment.

Generally chickens of any breed will start laying at 5-6 months.

So you can pretty much hope for eggs by then.

From my experience the Sex Link hens start closer to 5 months.
