She was struggling when I found her and she is abnormally sleeping more and not eating or drinking She is the most active and she hatched by herself about 3 days ago Help

Keep her warm and support her as you are doing. She may be in shock, cold, or aspirated water. Is she coughing any or breathing normally? Was the water cold? A heat lamp might help if she is hypothermic. Hopefully, she wasn’t in there long enough to drown, but time will tell in the next day or two, to see if she makes it. I happened upon a week old chick who fell into a large open water bowl. She was removed immediately after she fell, but I made sure that it didn’t happen again. Chicks are very drawn to water, and some may perch on waterers in their first week or two. Let us know if she survives, and good luck.

The water was very cold due to me refilling in a heat wave she is coughing

Plus the older chicks and chickens knocked over her water bowl with rocks in it when I was not there so she tried to get some out of the big bowl

Keep her warm and hang in there. How long has it been since you found her?
It is not going well her mom abandoned her and our other chickens won't take her so... I have to take care of her in my room. She was the only hatchling so what can I do to help her. I did warm her up with the blow dryer, and feed her some scrambled egg so... what now?
