The symptoms you are describing sound like dehydration.

I have a 3 day old Easter Egger that is doing this right now! They have fresh water and organic chicken starter in their brooder all the time. She's drunk so much water her feathers below her mouth are soaked. She seems a little more sleepy than the others, but I wouldn't say lethargic. She's also still eating. Did you do anything for your chick to turn around?

No I didn't sorry! She stopped doing it for a while and then she fell in the pond and drowned...
