chick not walking

Hiya I have a 3 day old chick who isn't standing or walking unaided. Also has one eye constant shut onthe side it keeps falling. Other wise very healthy what can i do we had 12 eggs incubated abd only 2 hatched one died and this one please help thanks

well as long as she's eating and drinking and sleeping she should be fine just dont put her outside she will need extra care make sure she's not rolling in her own pooh and take her to see a poultry vet
