Chick not walking!

I got a new chick a few days ago, she's a silver laced Cochin, and she seemed healthy when we got her, except for the fact that put she kept tucking her head in between her legs and walking backwards until she hit a wall, where she did a front roll. This was worrying, but we were told that she was probably just cold, but now she won't walk at all! When you try to stand her up she just droops to one side. Help, what do I do?

That sounds a lot like what happened, but unfortunately she passed away last night. Thanks for the help though.
