I usually have broodies so forgive me if stupid q lol, but this egg was one late hatcher from under a broody (my hub admitted one he sat under was a day later then rest) Anyways, I had the bator up and running just in case and now it's pipped and started "zipping" a little but isn't really zipping, just pushing with its legs? I thought they turned around in the egg to Zip and it's def not doing that?

Mainly trying to push out and it's cracking the egg more?

I think he'll be OK. Could you post a pic or video?

He is hatching differently, but it looks like he'll make it. How long has he been hatching?

For some reason it won't upload my video of it but he pipped finally externally last night and started doing a little more this am...about 6ish? I was actually worried about him bc he was internally pipped so long...but he finally made that external pip. I don't know exActly when he pipped internally, just know from what time I got the egg bc she was off of them and moving around taking care of the other two but know it was a good bit of time...internally

Thanks so much! he actually is ALmost out but I'm so confused as to how he just pushed and cracked the shell around and didn't "zip" at all...I think he will be out soon and just hope his butt looks nice and closed lol...I've helped out before and hate it but will if I have to! tku!!
