Chick opening mouth wide and keeping loudly

I’ve been treating the 6 newest of my chicks for Cocoiditis because one of them I believe had it and the rest have kind of followed suit and then perked up after a few days on treatment, but our Brahma boy is keeping loudly and opening his mouth wide. He obviously doesn’t feel wonderful, but he’s still on Corid so unsure what may be going on. He isn’t coughing or anything and no sneezing. Any ideas? Their brooder is kept clean and they have fresh food and water always. He’s about 3 weeks old. Thanks!
