16 weeks old, all hens hatched the same day....

."She" is crowing all day long, none are laying yet. The bared rock is the one in question...

X2, if he is crowing and with the light color, comb/wattle development, a boy.

Thanks all. Chuck, formerly named Lady Russell, has been rehomed to the owner at my feedstore! They were so good to me, and have happily taken him to their 1400 acre cattle ranch with promises to NOT make him stew. The feed store also recently took on 6 hens that one of their customers could no longer keep, so I took a hen home to help them out. Thank you Half Moon Bay Feed Store in California!
