Is she with other chicks?

How hot is the brooder?
Does she stay under the lamp a lot?

They all get along. Brooder is 88-94f depending on the spot. She isnt under the lamp any more than the othere. But sometimes she keeps to herself.

I hate to ask can you take some photos in natural lighting (without the red lamp)

2.5-3 wk olds...that's probably too hot on them. You only want one warm spot in the brooder, the whole thing doesn't need to be warm. Let the rest of it be cool.
