Chick picking on others

We are first time chick owners. We have older chickens outside but took the plung last week and bought black australorp chicks. They are 5-6 days old. We have one bully, he is trying to peck at the other chicks eyes. How can we stop this? I have tried taking him out of the brooder and holding him for a few mins and putting him back but he goes right back to picking on everyone else. Do I need to put him in his own brooder? I hate to do that to him and I hate to run yet another box just for him but he is picking on all the other chicks.

Thanks, I was hoping that was all it was. I did seperate some into another brooder so maybe they weren't to crowded and added a plastic cup and a plastic panda toy for them to peck at lol. He/She wasn't being mean this morning when I left for work and dh hasn't sent a bad report on hiim this morning, lol. Hopefully that was all it was.
