I have 15 button quail eggs due to hatch on the 30. Can't wait!, I've been so anxious for them to hatch since I put them in the incubator on Saturday. 2 days down, 14 to go. :/
What are you hatching/ going to hatch?

I have 9 cpq 1 Italian quail that I put in on Friday last week and 6 Japanese, 6 italian, 6 jumbo, 6 golden giant and 6 redcap getting delivered next couple days

What do you use for the bottom of your breeder?

I take the 275 gallon cages water tanks and cut them
In half clean em real good with bleach and put peat moss in them. I have 5 brooders in a 10x20 building and use 4 250watt heat lights and a small electric heater to heat the whole building to 90 degrees. Have a small ceiling fan to keep the air moving so its nice and got but not stuffy. The whole heat system is on a thermostat so it don't get too hot or too cold.
