I just got 3 new chicks and want to get a few more before its too late,i have a b uff orpington,a blue laced red wyandotte, and an "ameraucana" i kn ow its just an easter egger though.Anyways how do you sex buff orpingtons and how old do they have to be?
My buff orpington is a bit questionable i think...it has a comb starting and her tail fluff is coming in as real feathers and they bits of fluff abit longer than the other chicks's andurve,i dont know how old they are tho either, hey all have wing feathers, jump and try to fly a bit, they are getting tail feathers, but only that and their wings are having real feathers, the rest is fluff
    thanks

[IMG] and hello from SC :) It might be easier to post pictures for people to look at so you can learn which are boys and which are hens.
