Chick staggering and wont hardly eat?

I got some red chicks at Tractor Supply today and one of them is acting very strange. She will not eat solid food and to my knowledge only drink from a syringe. I have only seen her poop once and it was runny. She also staggers a lot, as if she were drunk. All the other chicks I have run around and eat and drink but she just sits there. I have her in a separate box with a heat lamp, sugar water, and a cap full of food, but normally she either stands their kind of moving around as if she is about to fall over, and goes to sleep. What is going on and can I fix it?

I had a chick that was not eating enough, so I took her out every 3 hours and stood her facing a small dish of chick feed wet mush. Eventually she started eating it.

I'm so tired of these places dying chicks. Is that what you got?

Are they warm enough?

I think so. The five other healthy ones are running around and eating and drinking a lot. They do not seem cold to me.
