Chick trouble after hatching!

Hey guys, my hens went broody a while ago, and evidently one of the chicks had hatched unnoticed. My sister found it sprawled on its back and cold, mom was out doing something. We put it under a heat lamp and it kept trying to lift its head but failed. It also keeps flopping on its back and has shaky legs. I also am not sure if this is relevant or not,, but these chicks are second generation RIRxJG crosses,, and it came out yellow! None of the adults are yellow. What can I do to help my chick??

Keep him in a small container so he doesn't flip over on his back. Try giving him sugar water or egg yolk.
