Chick walks with a limp

Tonight we found a small chick wandering down the driveway of our farm. It is definitely some kind of poultry, but we aren't sure what it is. It is walking with a pronounced limp, favoring its left leg. Is there anything that we can do for it. Right now we have it in a large cardboard box, with some heat, some grits, and a shallow dish of water.
