Chick wing lump..what is this?

My 2.5 week old Welsummer has an area of her wing where the feathers are scarce and it seems to be a lump in that spot. Is this the joint of her wing or is this something else that’s problematic? It feels hard and not squishy. She’s active, eating and drinking fine with no discomfort.

Looks as if she just hasn't grown feathers to cover her 'shoulders'.
