chick with foot/leg problem

I have a day old chick with some sort of leg/foot problem. It moves it's right leg but doesn't really put any weight on it and one of the toes is sort of under another (not attached). Could it have gotten injured coming out? It seems to eat and drink ok but is not as perky as the others.

It sort of sounds like curled toes. Do a search on BYC and see if that's what it is. There are lots of suggestions for how to make a little "boot" from bandaids to fix the foot in a few days.
