Hello, we have new chicks around 3 weeks old. I noticed one tilting her head the the side quite often. I noticed today she seems a little off balance. She seems to be eating and drinking fine and even roosts on the wood I have in the brooder. But I am concerned that she has wry neck. Do I have to separate her for treatment? And how would I administer treatment? Would there be something I could add to the water? I also was not sure if it would go away on its own or not. Advise appreciated. Thank you.

I had a chick with wry neck before. All I did was add some vitamins and electrolytes to their water and it got better within days. I got mine from Tractor Supply.
