Chick with leg problem

Hello! I just hatched 3 baby chicks. They are a day old. 2 of them are running all over the place, but 1 is very flat? It appears that her right leg goes out, like it isn't under her, so she can walk. She will stand with the other, but can't get around, and just kind of stays in 1 spot. And clue what it can be? What can I do? Thanks so much

How do I know which it is? I have some bandage tape, I could try to tape her leg and make a brace. Thank you

I think you are right. I went and looked at her again. The joint also has a little fluid coming out I'm not sure what to do.

If the legs are just spread apart they are probably splayed or spraddled legged. If one turns outward, that would be more likely a slipped achilles tendon.
