I just hatched out a batch or Rhode Island reds in my little giant incubator. This chick is one of about 16 that have hatched so far, but he looks a little off to me. His head is shaped oddly, and one side is larger than the other... Almost like he had a growth or something, but it look like he is just minor ly deformed? I don't know if these pictures actually show how different he looks, but it's pretty obvious to me, and the other chicks too.... Has anyone else experienced this? Is it because of genetics or incubating abnormalities?
