Hello! I have a 7 week old SLW pullet. I noticed when feeding today that her eye was swollen shut. Once I cleaned her eye I noticed the bubbles. I have on hand: Denagard, Liquamycin (oxytetracyclin injectable), Tetra-Bac 324. This chick was in with 6 others but no one else is showing symptoms at this time. Everyone is eating, drinking, and pooping normal. Just looking for advice on how to treat and what this could possibly be. Pictures are attached.
Thanks!

U posted great pics! Is it bubbling? How is she acting? Is she more lethargic or do u think the eye is the only issue?

Yes it is bubbling you can see them in the last 2 pics. She is moving around a bit, but she is currently sitting in my daughters lap. She is eating and drinking. Her crop is full at the moment. There is no sneezing or wheezing just the eye at the moment. I have separated her from the other babies and brought her in the house. I have a larger flock that ranges in age from 5 months to 18 months, I have added denagard to their water and the water of the remaining 6 chicks. I will treat that way unless they start to show symptoms.

Thinking it's a repiratory infection of some kind, either search it in the Forums or lets see if we can get come help....

My original 8 girls came from a friend and were treated for a respiratory infection after a flood we had here about a year ago, but none of them are sick. The Tetra-Bac is what she used to treat them and she passed it on when she gave me the flock.
