Chick with watery eye since hatching

Hello,

I have a chick that was born May 10, I had to help her out of the egg. She had pecked big chunks out of the egg and the membrane was starting to dry around her, so I brought her inside. I had read up on how to help her on BYC and put what I read into practice getting her out. Her eyes had been watery since hatching. I thought it had to with the membrane drying on her, but now she is almost a month old and it is still that way. What do you guys think is going on? That is the only symptom she and her sisters are doing great.

Have you tried treating with an eye ointment, or antibiotic drops?

What type of bedding are you using?

Pine shavings. She was born with it. I don't have any eye ointment and not sure what antibiotics to use.

I'm not sure if you can any antibiotic drops over the counter anymore. You may need to find a vet.
