Since yesterday my hen has been less active we’ve had her since April 1 2020 when she was about a month old and have had no problems with her until yesterday. At night everyone except her were at their pen and we couldn’t find her until today in the morning where she was just laying down next to the pen. When the rest of the flock ate she was the only one who didn’t want to eat and instead just sat there in a corner. She’s usually very active looking for worms and stuff around the yard but today she’s just kinda hiding from the others. She also has a chick that’s like 3 months old that still doesn’t leave her but today shes kinda just ignoring her now.she still follows her once in a while but doesn’t as much which I find strange because she started to not follow her since she started acting strange.I took a picture of her today hiding under the car but I don’t see anything wrong with her from the outside and she also lets me just touch her without moving she never lets me touch her just like that she never liked being petted

Can you catch her and put her in a dog crate or area where you can observe just her for a bit?
She started to poop green stuff that’s has a little foam

is she showing any signs of breathing problems? cough? sneeze? gasping? Make sure she has access to plenty of clean water. if you have or can get some chicken vitamins, it would be a good thing to give her a dose of/add to water.

THisis waht I do when I have a bird that is acting 'off'.

I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor:
-their intake of food and water,
-crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed),
-and their poops.

Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.
Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Today she’s doing better and is back to normal I think she might of eaten something that made her sick I’m not sure if toads are bad for chickens but there’s a lot of toads here so if they are bad for them maybe she ate one and made her sick
