This morning I just decreased my flock by a couple of 2 year old hens. Didn't wait, started slowly cooking them down right away. When the meat was falling off the bone I made up some dumplings. Oh my, there just isn't anything as good as a hen that has been aged 2 years on the feet. An early dinner, YUM. So drool, go a head and drool. Then raise yours up for 2 years or more to see what I am talking about if you don't know. You people have had me drooling so many times. Today it's your turn.
